From first contact with Prime Doors to completion the service was first class. Silver came over to measure and quote then 1 week later Prime Doors delivered what they promised. Made to order, solid construction and beautiful looking security door. Very competitive pricing. Big thanks to Douglas who delivered and installed the door, courteous, respectful and great workmanship. Douglas cleaned up after finishing and performed a perfect install. Great to do business with you guys, will recommend to my family and friends.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for works on their doors/windows. The team was very professional from start to end and take great pride in the services and quality of products they deliver. The entire team were exceptional and very prompt in addressing & resolving any concerns we had. Everyone was very knowledgeable focused on delivering products that suit the customer's needs. Apologies I did not get the names of all the installers, except for Sam, however everyone who attended was very professional, punctual, skilled and respectful. The quality of their work is exceptional and they did an outstanding job with the installations and made sure to keep the place tidy and clean. Would highly recommend to others.

Prime doors did a great job with my security door in a matching timber look, the even matched my front door key so I only have the one key for both doors 🚪 the fitting and finish is top notch I would use them again quality workmanship. …

I arranged quote and installation to replace windowless laundry door with a window. After accepting price, paid deposit via thier company link, we discussed time frame, which was quicker than thier competitors. Door installed on day that was suited to us and job completed with out any fuss. Both installers were friendly and approachable. Very professional. Would recommend Prime Doors and Screens to anyone looking to install a new door.

The worse people to deal with. Scheduled the measure at one day then they asked me to reschedule to the next week. The next week came I got stood out. I waited for an hour and I had to keep calling to a number which no one picked up. They got me rescheduled again the next week. I emailed them the day before to confirm the time. They replied yes but when I was on my way there, they told me it would be an hour to two hours late 15 minutes before. Why would you say yes if you could not make it? I am not someone that sit around and do nothing. Should out to Rami, Sheena, and Suzzane. ----- additional message on Fri 31 Jul 2026 ------- I owe you guys an apologise. I was late on my 8am appt today with Hamid from ABlinds and Curtains Australia. I had to do drop off and i ended up 20” late. Hamid waited. While I was about to go there I also left behind a cash deposit I had to give to another person to do my security doors. He came and then I said I forget the envelope. Lots of apologise I said today and somehow today was one of those days where we (including me) could not take control of situation no matter how well we plan things out. After Hamid finished the measurement, he then explained on what happened. Apparently, both Primes Doors and Screens and Blinds and Curtains Australia are under the same umbrella. On the day when I waited for two hours, someone’s home got burnt down. I lost 2 hours and those people lost lot more. One the day the appt was late for another hour, someone’s heart got sick and had to go to hospital. I lost another hour but someone lost their health. I believe today the Lord wanted to teach me a lesson and I had to write this. Hopefully everyone will recover in time and this will be a reminder to me to be more kind, more forgiving, and not quickly to react.
